Our staff members are dedicated to the cause of excellence and compassion. When someone chooses Autumn House as their new home, we accept the responsibility to provide for all of their physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual wants and needs.
Specialized dementia education and training are given on a continuing basis for all team members that is designed to meet the needs of our residents. We have constructed a multidisciplinary team of practitioners and professionals to provide medical and specialty services as well as clinical oversight. Residents are seen and given routine diagnostics in the safety and comfort of Autumn House.

Dr. Visa Srinivasan, a Geriatrician with the Health First Aging Institute, is the Medical Director at Autumn House. Dr. Visa brings an extensive background in the practice and research of Geriatric medicine, a special focus on the memory impaired and a commitment to passionate care. She completed her residency and fellowship in Geriatrics at the Cleveland Clinic where she received the World Class Service Award.

Kelly Dunn, MD, specializes in geriatric psychiatry and neuropsychiatry in Melbourne, Florida. Dr. Dunn has 24 years’ experience as an MD, completed her medical education at Pennsylvania State University, and has local hospital affiliations.
“Caring for an older adult with a cognitive disorder can be challenging. The patient requires attention to their complicated medical, psychological and environmental needs. As a geriatric psychiatrist, I work closely with the treatment team at Autumn House to address the many needs of their residents.”
